Cupcake in a Jar

So I just came across and amazing idea on how to ship cupcakes. In a glass jar. This keeps the moisture in, preserving the freshness, and also protects them. The customizing and reusing of the jar is also a plus.

Now, the question is, how can a whole cake or cheesecake be shipped with the same quality as these cupcakes can be?
